Ticketing structure and guest services

Kenya World will be developed from the outset as a digitally integrated theme park, where technology, data, and automation are key to operational efficiency and revenue optimization.

Advertising & strategic brand partnerships

Kenya World is set to become Kenya’s largest tourist attraction, with projected visitor volumes reaching 1.5-2 million annually within the first operational years, and up to 5-6 million within five years. This unique visibility creates a powerful commercial platform for brand exposure, activations, and long-term advertising partnerships with local and international organizations.

Leasing of facilities: Restaurants, hotels, and offices

Certain areas such as restaurants, hotels, and office spaces will be leased to external partners and franchises under a combined model of fixed annual rent and a percentage-based revenue share (typically 8–12% of turnover). This approach reduces Kenya World’s operational risk and investment requirements while securing a stable and diversified revenue stream.

Public support and local anchoring

The Kenyan government and Nairobi County are expected to play a key role in the realization of Kenya World, primarily through investments in critical infrastructure such as access roads, electricity, water supply, and safety measures. In addition, public authorities must act as active partners in identifying and allocating a strategically optimal location, with emphasis on high accessibility, future expansion potential, and maximum economic impact. Kenya World should be officially designated as a project of national significance and special regional interest.
To ensure broad accessibility and social inclusion, it is essential that the area surrounding the park is supported by efficient public transport infrastructure. A dedicated station should be established at or near the park’s main entrance, with integration into Nairobi’s Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), city bus lines, matatu routes, and potentially future BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) systems. Such a station will enable both local visitors, commuting families, and international tourists to reach the park conveniently, safely, and sustainably.
